v Sơ lược về Cua Biển<o:p></o:p>
Cua biển thuộc giống Scylla trên thế giới có 4 loài: S. serrata, S. tranquebarica, S. olivacea and S. paramamosain. Trong đó, Việt nam có 2 loài: cua xanh (S. paramamosain) và cua lửa (S. olivacea). Ngoại trừ loài S serrata là loài chiếm ưu thế ở vùng đại dương, nơi có độ mặn trên 34 ppt, các loài còn lại phân bố ở các vùng biển có độ mặn dưới 33 ppt, chúng có thể thích nghi với sinh thái vùng cửa sông, nơi có độ mặn giảm theo mùa. <o:p></o:p>

- Để cua có không gian sống và tăng trọng nhanh ta tốt nhất ta chỉ nên nuôi với mật độ 1 con trên 1 lồng (Nếu Cua < 200g thì ta có thể nuôi với mật độ 2 con/lồng. Mức nước giữ trong lồng phi đm bo 0.2-0.5m (tùy theo điều kiện đầu tư lồng nhưa lớn hay nhỏ. Có thể đặt lồng trên Sông, Kênh Rạch nhưng tốt nhất là đặt lồng trong vuông tôm. <o:p></o:p>

Cách bố trí lồng nuôi cua<o:p></o:p>
- Nơi đặt lồng phải có dòng chảy thích hợp và nhất là độ mặn phải đảm bảo cho cua lên gạch (tốt nhất nên đặt lồng gần miệng cống xổ tôm). <o:p></o:p>
- Tốt nhất nên giữ khoảng cách giữa các lồng khoảng 40 Cm, khoảng cách giữa 2 dãy lồng phải từ 1m (1 mét ) trở lên, để thuận tiện cho việc cọ rữa lồng ,chăm sóc và cho ăn bằng xuồng<o:p></o:p>
- Để thuận tiện cho việc chăm sóc và quản lý nên bố trí 1 dãy khoảng 10-15 lồng. về số lượng các dãy lồng thì tùy theo điều kiện kinh tế của mỗi gia đình. <o:p></o:p>

2. Thả giống và chăm sóc <o:p></o:p>
Ta có thể nuôi cua dạt lên cua loại 1 quanh năm nhưng nuôi cua Gạch thì phải nuôi trong thời gian nước trong vuông tôm có độ mặn từ 20-30%<SUB>0</SUB>.<o:p></o:p>
- Cách chọn giống để nuôi cua dạt lên cua loại 1:<o:p></o:p>
Cua giống có kích cở từ 100 - 300g không phân biệt đực cái, Cua giống phải còn khỏe và có màu Xanh đậm, đầy đủ phụ bộ (không nên nuôi cua càng đỏ).<o:p></o:p>
- Cách chọn giống để nuôi cua Gạch:<o:p></o:p>
Cua cái giống phải khỏe mạnh có kích cỡ từ 200-400g có vỏ cứng, màu xanh đậm, yếm tròn phủ giáp mặt bụng của phần đầu ngực và mép vỏ có nhiều lông tơ. Dùng que ấn phần yếm xuống từ bên ngoài nơi giáp yếm với mai cua, cua tốt sẽ có chấm màu vàng nhạt bên trong (còn gọi là hạt gạo). <o:p></o:p>
- Quản lý thức ăn:<o:p></o:p>
Thức ăn cho cua thịt rất đa dạng bao gồm: cá tạp, tôm còng, nhuyễn thể,... Tỷ lệ cho ăn khoảng 7-10% trọng lượng cua và được chia làm hai lần trong ngày sáng và chiều mát (nếu nuôi trên Sông, Kênh thích hợp nhất là cho Cua ăn lúc nước lớn). Không nên để Cua đói vì Cua thiếu thức ăn sẽ ảnh hưởng tốc độ lên Gạch cũng như tốc độ phát triển của Cua. <o:p></o:p>
Dọn sạch thức ăn thừa hàng ngày và cọ rửa lồng để tránh bị nhiễm bẩn. <o:p></o:p>
3. Thu hoạch <o:p></o:p>
Theo cách nuôi này, sau 10-14 ngày có thể kiểm tra cua nếu cua có mai cứng, màu sắc đậm và chắc thịt thì thu hoạch. Cua đực dùng bán thịt còn cua cái có thể nuôi tiếp thành cua gạch. Trọng lượng trong quá trình nuôi có thể tăng 30-40%. <o:p></o:p>
Đối với Cua gạch thì sau 7 ngày ta tiến hành kiểm tra xem nếu cua lên đầy gạch thì thu hoạch<o:p></o:p>

2. Thả giống và chăm sóc <o:p></o:p>
Ta có thể nuôi cua dạt lên cua loại 1 quanh năm nhưng nuôi cua Gạch thì phải nuôi trong thời gian nước trong vuông tôm có độ mặn từ 20-30%<SUB>0</SUB>.<o:p></o:p>
- Cách chọn giống để nuôi cua dạt lên cua loại 1:<o:p></o:p>
Cua giống có kích cở từ 100 - 300g không phân biệt đực cái, Cua giống phải còn khỏe và có màu Xanh đậm, đầy đủ phụ bộ (không nên nuôi cua càng đỏ).<o:p></o:p>
- Cách chọn giống để nuôi cua Gạch:<o:p></o:p>
Cua cái giống phải khỏe mạnh có kích cỡ từ 200-400g có vỏ cứng, màu xanh đậm, yếm tròn phủ giáp mặt bụng của phần đầu ngực và mép vỏ có nhiều lông tơ. Dùng que ấn phần yếm xuống từ bên ngoài nơi giáp yếm với mai cua, cua tốt sẽ có chấm màu vàng nhạt bên trong (còn gọi là hạt gạo). <o:p></o:p>
- Quản lý thức ăn:<o:p></o:p>
Thức ăn cho cua thịt rất đa dạng bao gồm: cá tạp, tôm còng, nhuyễn thể,... Tỷ lệ cho ăn khoảng 7-10% trọng lượng cua và được chia làm hai lần trong ngày sáng và chiều mát (nếu nuôi trên Sông, Kênh thích hợp nhất là cho Cua ăn lúc nước lớn). Không nên để Cua đói vì Cua thiếu thức ăn sẽ ảnh hưởng tốc độ lên Gạch cũng như tốc độ phát triển của Cua. <o:p></o:p>
Dọn sạch thức ăn thừa hàng ngày và cọ rửa lồng để tránh bị nhiễm bẩn. <o:p></o:p>
3. Thu hoạch <o:p></o:p>
Theo cách nuôi này, sau 10-14 ngày có thể kiểm tra cua nếu cua có mai cứng, màu sắc đậm và chắc thịt thì thu hoạch. Cua đực dùng bán thịt còn cua cái có thể nuôi tiếp thành cua gạch. Trọng lượng trong quá trình nuôi có thể tăng 30-40%. <o:p></o:p>
Đối với Cua gạch thì sau 7 ngày ta tiến hành kiểm tra xem nếu cua lên đầy gạch thì thu hoạch<o:p></o:p>
