Chào các bác, mình chỉ là dân "cưởi nựua xem hoa" về trồng nấm. Mình đang có một thắc mắc về điều kiện trồng nấm ở nước ta là:Phần lớn yêu cầu trồng nấm thì đảm bảo điều kiện nhiệt độ thấp từ 15-25 độ C (có loại tới 15-17 độ C) vậy thì với thời tiết có lúc nóng tới 40 độ C như hiện nay thì làm sao đảm bảo được nhiệt độ cho nấm sống.
Mình thấy nhiều nhà có không gian trồng nấm rất đơn giản mà vẩn đảm bảo thu hoạch nấm bình thường.
Cho mình biết lý do, và một số cách làm mát không gian trồng nấm với!

Giai đoạn đầu là ủ meo, cần nhiệt độ khá cao khoảng 30<sup>o</sup>C. Sau khi meo mọc đầy kín giá thể (nguyên liệu để trồng nấm), cần hạ nhiệt độ và tăng ẩm độ, tạo stress cho nấm ra quả thể (nấm). Nhiệt độ thích hợp ra quả thể thường thấp hơn nhiệt độ ủ meo khoảng 5-7 độ. Ở xứ nóng có thể trồng các loại nấm chịu nóng như nấm rơm, nấm mèo (mộc nhĩ), nấm linh chi... Ngược lại, các loại nấm như đông cô, nấm hương... chỉ thích hợp ở xứ lạnh.[/FONT]
