Thủy Canh - Trồng cây không cần đât

Thủy canh thường được định nghĩa như là "Trồng cây trong nước". Tuy nhiên do có rất nhiều môi trường tổng hợp được sử dụng để trồng cây nên có thể mở rộng định nghĩa thủy canh là " trồng cây không sử dụng đất".
Từ nhiều thế kỷ trước ở vunAmmaaazon, Babylon, Ai Cập, Trung Quốc và Ấn Độ, người xưa đã biết sử dụng phân bón hòa tan để trồng dưa chuột, dưa hấu và nhiều loại rau củ khác. Sau đó các nhà sinh lý thực vật bắt đầu trồng cây trên môi trường dung dịch dinh dưỡng đặc biệt để thí nghiệm và gọi là "nuôi cấy dinh dưỡng".
Năm 1929, William F. GoGGoricke đã thàn công trong việc trồng cây cà chua đạt kích thước 7,5 m trong dịch dinh dưỡng. Ông gọi hệ thống mới này là "thủy canh" ("Hydroponic" - theo tiếng Hy Lạp, hydros là 'nước" và ponos là "làm việc"). Từ đó, thủy canh được ứng dụng và phát triển rộng rãi, và mở rộng thành các phương pháp trồng cây trên môi trường rắn trơ sử dụng dung dịch dinh dưỡng.

Việc trồng cây không có đất thật sự đem lại rất nhiều thuận lợi. Khi sử dụng một môi trường sạch khuẩn và không phải lo lắng đến việc trừ cỏ dại, trừ sâu và các côn trùng có hại trong đất. Hơn nữa khi dùng kỹ thuật thủy canh, cây trồng sẽ có được môi trường sống đầy đủ các thành phần dinh dưỡng thiết yếu. Do vậy cây sẽ sinh truỏng và phát triển nhanh hơn, việc canh tác cũng đơn giản hơn đối với cây rau và hoa. Một thuânnj lợi lớn của kỹ thuật thủy canh là cho phép thiết lập hệ thống nuôi trồng tự động. Khi sử dụng hệ thống tự động, người làm vườn có thể linh hoạt được thời gian chăm sóc cây trồng.
Trong tương lai, khi dân số ngày một gia tăng, đời sống được nâng cao, đất đai trở nên khan hiếm, thì kỹ thuật thủy canh dần dần thay thế phương pháp trồng trọt truyền thống. Vì không những mang lại món lợi nhuận không lồ cho ngành nông nghiệp, kỹ thuật này còn giúp giữ gìn môi trường được trong sạch, đây chính là mục tiêu được coi trọng hàng đầu để góp phần năng cao chất lượng cuộc sống của con người.

Em nghĩ rằng muốn tìm hiểu về thủy canh thì trước tiên mình phải biết thủy canh là gì và tại sao phải tìm hiểu về thủy canh. Nếu có thời gian rãnh em sẽ post từ từ các kiến thức cơ bản về thủy canh mà em biết cho đến những tài liệu thủy canh chuyên dụng trồng các loại cây đơn giản. Em là một người đam mê thủy canh nên em rất hy vọng càng ngày sẽ càng có nhiều người có niềm đam mê như em.

* Ưu điểm của kỹ thuật thủy canh:
- Không cần đất, chỉ cần không gian để đặt hộp dụng cụ trồng, do vậy có thể triển khai ở những vùng đất cằn cỗi như hải đảo, vùng núi xa xôi cũng như tại gia đình sân thượng, balcon.
- Không phải làm đất, không có cỏ dại, không cần tưới.
- Trồng được nhiều vụ, có thể trồng trái vụ,
- Không phải sử dụng thuốc trừ sâu bệnh và các hóa chất độc hại khác.
- Năng suất cao vì có thể trồng liên tục.
- Sản phẩm hoàn toàn sạch, đồng nhất. Giàu dinh dưỡng và tươi ngon.
- Không tích lũy chất độc, không gây ô nhiễm môi trường.
- Không đòi hỏi lao động nặng nhọc, người già trẻ em đều ó thể tham gia hiệu quả

* Nhược điểm của kỹ thuật thủy canh
- Vốn đầu tư ban đầu cao do chí phí về trang thiết bị. Tuy nhiên, chi phí này không phải là cao so với những chi phí phải trả để diệt sâu bệnh và côn trùng, thuê nhân công. Hơn nữa các máy móc thiết bị được tái sử dụng nhiều lần nên chỉ tốn chi phí đầu tư cho ban đàu.
- Đòi hỏi trình độ chuyên mộ kỹ thuật cao để sản xuất có hiệu quả. Điều này gây trở ngại cho việc đưa phương pháp thủy canh mở rộng đại trà.
- Trong quá trình hấp thu các chất dinh dưỡng, thực vật làm thay đổi độ pH trong dung dịch thủy canh. Do đó, cần phải điều chỉnh pH mồi ngày. Giá trị pH tối thích từ khoảng 5.8 - 6.5. giá trị pH càng chênh lệch khỏi khoảng này thì mức độ ảnh hưởng không tốt lên hệ thống thủy canh càng lơn.
- Ngoài ra, những yếu tố thay đổi đột ngột môi trường cũng như việc cung cấp chất dinh dưỡng hay tưới nước không đúng có thể gây ra những triệu chứng rối loạn sinh lý ở cây (như hiện tượng thối quả cà chua, nứt quả cà chua).

Những nguyên-tố chánh thưc sự được hấp-thu có thể bị hạn-chế bởi những điều-kiện như giá-thể, dung-dịch, các yếu-tố về môi-trường, hoặc bởi chính bản thân cây là nguyên-do. Ví-dụ như, nếu giá-thể không hoàn-toàn là “trơ” và phản-ứng với dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng, các ions có thể bị các hạt của giá thể giữ lại, không phóng-thích ra cho cây dùng. Mất cân-bằng dinh-dưỡng trong dung-dịch, hoặc dao-động độ pH, cây sẽ giảm hấp-thu phân. Bệnh cây, hoặc tuyến-trùng trong rễ, giảm thiểu khả-năng hấp-thu dinh-dưỡng. Các yếu-tố môi-trường, như thiếu ánh-sáng, nhiệt-độ quá nóng hoặc quá lạnh, cũng như lượng carbon dioxide thấp sẽ ngăn không cho cây tận dụng được các chất dinh-dưỡng có sẵn trong dung-dịch. Phân-tích mô cây sẽ cho thấy hậu-qủa của các yếu-tố trên tác-động lên cây như thế nào.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot] Việc phân-tích mô cây liên-hệ tới tình-trạng dinh-dưỡng của một cây được đặt trên căn-bản thực-tế là một cây mọc bình thường, khỏe mạnh có liên-đới với những mức-độ rõ-ràng của mỗi chế-độ dinh-dưỡng trong mỗi phần nào đó của cây. Do bởi dù là cây mọc bình-thường cũng sẽ không tạo các mô giống nhau trên tất cả các phần của cây, các giống cây cũng khác nhau, như vậy, cần phải chọn một số mô tiêu-biểu để xác-định tình-trạng tăng-trưởng. Thường, một lá non khỏe mạnh, gần chồi ngọn của nhánh chánh được chọn. Kết-quả xác-thực hơn nếu phân-tích các mẫu theo từng giai-đoạn, hơn là lấy nhiều mẫu nhưng chỉ trong một giai-đoạn tăng-trưởng, bởi nồng-độ dinh-dưỡng giảm trong lúc cây gìa và trưởng-thành.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot] Để liên-hệ một cách chính-xác các kết-quả phân-tích mô với các nhu-cầu dinh-dưỡng cây, phải có đủ dữ-kiện về tình-trạng tăng-trưởng tối-ưu của giống cây đó, ví-dụ như Bản 3.8. Cái mô tiêu-biểu của cà chua, là trên lá thứ năm tính từ chồi ngọn của cành chánh và được tính gồm cả thân lá và cuống lá. Phải lấy mẫu ít nhất trên mười cây trồng cùng một lứa và cùng một chế-độ dinh-dưỡng. Mô tiêu-biểu của dưa leo là lá non, không cuống, khoảng 10 cm đường kính, thường là lá thứ ba tính từ ngọn xuống của nhánh chánh. Mẫu tiêu-biểu phải đồng nhất với các mẫu kia. Các lá nầy hoặc được sấy khô 70[SUP]o[/SUP]C trong 48 giờ, hoặc chuyển thẳng trong tình-trạng tưoi cho phòng thí-nghiệm. Trước khi sấy khô, tách rời thân lá và cuống lá. Nồng-độ càng cao, số đo càng lớn). Nói chung, điều nầy đúng, nhưng kéo dài thời-gian xử-dụng một dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng có thể dẫn đến tình-trạng tích-tụ một vài nguyên-tố vi-lượng, đến mức thành độc-tố như là kẽm (zinc) và đồng (copper) từ trong ống dẫn hệ-thống cấp thủy, tạp chất trong phân, hoặc ngay chính trong nước[/FONT] [FONT=&quot] Thời-gian hữu-dụng của một dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng tùy thuộc chính-yếu vào mức tích-lũy ions thặng-dư và tốc-độ cây hấp-thu. Một kết-qủa tích-lũy như vậy có được trong một dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng có một nồng-độ thẩm-thấu cao. Một dụng-cụ đo mức-độ điện-dẫn (bán ngoài thị-trường), được dùng để biết nồng-độ dinh-dưỡng trong dung-dịch. Đo dung-dịch mỗi lần pha mới và mỗi lần châm thêm điều-chỉnh. Khi tổng-lượng chất khoáng trong dung-dịch tăng, càng dễ dẫn điện. Đơn-vị để đo tính dẫn nầy gọi là mho. Để cho đơn-giản, tính dẫn điện nầy thường được diễn-đạt là millimhos/cm, dùng trong khoảng 2.00 đến 4.00. Độ muối khoáng trên 4.00 millimhos/cm có thể làm héo cây, cây ngưng lớn và trái bị nứt. Nói chung, nồng-độ thấp (1.5 – 2.0 mMho) thích-hợp cho dưa leo trong khi nồng-độ cao hơn (2.5 – 3.5) sẽ tốt hơn cho cà chua. Một nMho/cm tương-đương 650 ppm muối khoáng.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot] Cách tổng-quát, không dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng nào được dùng lâu hơn ba tháng mà không hoàn-toàn được thay, cùng với xả nước sạch toàn hệ-thống, kể cả liếp, chậu, bồn trồng, trưóc khi đua vào dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng mới. Hai tháng, có thể gọi là kinh-tế nhất cho thời-gian xử-dụng một đợt dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng, với điều-kiện dung-dịch phải được phân-tích và điều-chỉnh hàng tuần. Không như vậy, sau hai đến ba tuần là nên thay.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot] 3.8.4 Điều-chỉnh dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng bằng dụng-cụ đo điện-dẫn (Electrical Conductivity) [/FONT] [FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot]Dụng-cụ đo tổng-số chất hòa-tan (TDS = Total dissolved solutes) là dụng-cụ đo độ điện-dẫn căn-bản của nước có chứa chất rắn hòa-tan trong đó. Số-lượng chất rắn hòa-tan được tính bằng phần triệu (part per million = ppm) hoặc mg/l tính bằng trọng-lượng là tương-ứng ngang với điện-dẫn tính bằng millmhos (mMho) trên một đơn-vị dung-tích. Tuy vậy, tính điện dẫn EC biến đổi không những đối với nồng-độ muối khoáng hiện-diện, mà cũng đối với các hợp-chất hóa-học trong dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng. Vài loại phân dẫn điện tốt và vài loại kém hơn. Ví-dụ như ammonium sulfate dẫn điện tốt gấp đôi calcium nitrate và hơn ba lần của magnesium sulfate, trong khi urea lại hoàn-toàn không dẫn điện. Nitrate ions không dẫn điện tốt bằng potassium ions (Alt, D. 1980). Tỷ-lệ nitrogen càng cao hơn potassium thi chỉ số EC của dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng càng thấp. Đo điện-dẫn EC là đo tổng-thể dung-dịch, mà không đo riêng các nguyên-tố. Một bản liệt-kê tính điện dẫn dung-dịch 0,2% (2 grams phân pha trong 1 lít nước cất) của nhiều loại phân khác nhau (Bản 3.10). Tính điện dẫn của nhiều nồng-độ calcium nitrate khác nhau kê trong Bản 3.11. Những tiêu-chuẩn tính dẫn điện nầy được dùng để rút ra lý-thuyết về độ dẫn điện (EC) và tổng-số chất hòa-tan (TDS). Những đo-lường độ dẫn điện của các loại phân có thể khác nhau chút chút như thấy trong Bản 3.10 và 3.11 chính vì tính hòa-tan và độ tinh ròng của chất đó. Cây luôn hấp-thu nước nhiều hơn phân, và tỷ-lệ nước hấp-thụ cũng lớn hơn nhiều so với các nguyên-tố dinh-dưỡng chánh. Lúc nước đươc hút đi khỏi dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng, thì dung-tích của dung-dịch đương-nhiên phải giảm. Do bởi tỷ-lệ giữa nước và chất dinh-dưỡng do cây lấy đi quá sai-biệt, nồng-độ dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng còn lại trong hệ-thống ngày càng cao.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot]Trung-bình nước giảm xuống mỗi ngày từ 5 đến 10 phần trăm, tùy theo dung-tích của hệ-thống so với số cây và loại cây đang trồng. Nước có thể được bồi-hoàn trên căn-bản mỗi ngày. Trong hệ-thống NFT (phương-pháp màng dung-dịch), người trồng có thể định khá chính-xác lượng nước hút của cây. Tại Anh, (1978) các nhà nông ghi nhận rằng, vào ngày hè không mây, cà chua lớn tiêu-thụ 1.33 lít mỗi cây. Winsor và các đồng-sự (1980) chỉ ra rằng cà chua mất qua bốc hơi 15ml/cây/giờ trong đêm và tăng lên tới mức tối-đa là 134 ml/cây/giờ vào giữa trưa của một ngày hè không mây. Adams (1980) tính ra rằng dưa leo uống gấp đôi nước so với cà do bởi lá rộng bản hơn. Cây hút tới mức tối-đa 230 ml/cây/giờ dưới cường-độ ánh-sáng chói chang và nhiệt-độ tối-đa của buổi xế trưa. Những nông-gia kinh-nghiệm có thể châm nước hàng tuần hoặc gắn một vòi nước có phao nổi đóng/khoá để vòi nước nầy sẽ mở bất cứ lúc nào mực nước trong bồn lưng xuống. Phương-pháp nầy giữ mực nước luôn ở mức định sẵn. Châm nước hàng tuần, phải châm cho nước cao hơn mức ban đầu, để đến cuối tuần mực nước sẽ cũng vực xuống một mức tương-ứng. Nghĩa là từ đầu tuần đến cuối tuần, mực nước chỉ nhỉnh lên nhỉnh xuống chút đỉnh ngang qua mức ấn-định mà thôi. Sau hết, dù dùng phương-pháp nào để châm bù nước, dung-dịch dinh-dưỡng trong hệ-thống cũng phải được đo nồng-độ phân và độ pH để chỉnh cập-nhật, trừ phi đã có gắn hệ-thống điều-chỉnh tự-động.[/FONT] [FONT=&quot] [/FONT]

Không biết có ai từng sử dụng thử phân bón phân giải chậm cho vào nước chưa

XIn hỏi có ai đã sử dụng thử phân bón phân giải chậm (controlled release fertilizer) dạng viên bọc polymer rồi cho vào nước, tôi nghĩ có thể sử dụng như dung dịch thủy canh; khi đó do cấu tạo hạt phân được bao bọc bởi lớp polymer, nên hạt phân sẽ lắng xuống dưới nền của lọ nước; do đặc điểm của loại phân phân giải chậm là sẽ phân giải từ từ (có thể là 2, 3 tháng, hoặc 6 tháng, v.v. tùy vào cấu tạo của lớp bọc polymer.

Như vậy phân bón sẽ đi từ hạt phân ra môi trường nước từ từ và cung cấp đủ nhu cầu dinh dưỡng cho cây trồng. Nếu bạn thay nước thì cũng không có vấn đề gì vì hạt phân vẫn nằm ở đáy lọ (nếu chưa hoàn toàn phân giải). Chỉ khi nào lượng phân bên trong hạt phân đã khếch tán hoàn toàn ra môi trường nước thì hạt phân chỉ còn là lớp bọc polymer và nước sẽ nổi lên trên bề mặt nước, dễ dàng cho việc thu dọn vệ sinh.

Tiện dụng của sản phẩm phân bón phân giải chậm là không cần lo lắng về nhu cầu phân bón, chỉ cần sử dụng 1 lần thì cho 2-3 tháng; và ta vẫn có thể thay đổi nước để làm sạch mà không lo lắng về việc sẽ không có phân bón cho cây (tất nhiên là không nên vứt bỏ các hạt phân, chỉ thay thế nước và bỏ bùn bả).

+ cái chậu phía dưới chứa nước thừa ra 2 đầu, như vậy nước hay dung dịch gì đấy rất dễ bị bay hơi
+nếu dùng đất làm giá thể thì rất dễ bị nén chặt, ống thông hơi có thể bị đất bít các lỗ
+ tác dụng của gạch ngói, gáo dừa đập vụn?
+nước được duy trì thường xuyên trong chậu như hình vẽ hay là chậu cây được nhúng nước định kì vậy?

Tôi có 1 thắc mắc xin được ACE giải thích giúp tôi:
-pp thủy canh không hồi lưu có phải cứ thấy dung dịch cạn thì ta châm thêm?
-Và như vậy khi chất thải của cây hòa vào dung dịch phải xử lí như thế nào?
- vì dung dịch không được lưu thông, nên lượng oxy trong dung dịch bị hạn chế, điều đó ảnh hưởng ra sao và cách khắc phục?

Mua máy đo EC

Bút đo Cl thấy rao bán rất nhiều, giá bút đo EC từ 1 triệu trở lên, còn máy đo pH cầm tay thì mắc hơn . Tùy tiền nào của nấy . có loại vừa đo pH vừa đo EC và cả độ mặn ... nữa . Nhưng hiện tại Cl thấy chỉ nên mua bút đo EC thôi , pH thì đo bằng giấy hoặc bằng dung dịch cũng khá chính xác mà lại NGON - BỔ - RẺ
nữa .

Tại sao trong bảng hướng dẫn EC cho các loại cây ghi từ 0-5 mS/cm, mà các loại máy đo đều ghi ký hiệu gì đó /cm. Ví dụ như máy Hanna như hình dưới đây. Các bạn tư vấn xem nên mua máy nào?

Trên lý thuyết và tài liệu nghe có vẻ dễ, nhưng khi làm thực tế phương pháp trồng rau bằng phương pháp thủy canh yêu cầu kỹ thuật khá cao. Từ khâu chuẩn bị vật tư, giá thể, dinh dưỡng... nếu thực hiện thiết kế hệ thống không đúng kỹ thuật ( hệ thống hồi lưu và hệ thống không hồi lưu) thì hiệu quả thấp.
Đặc biệt yếu tố dinh dưỡng nuôi cây hết sức quan trọng, các bác cho em hỏi loại dung dịch thủy canh nào có sẵn trên thị trường dùng tốt?

mình thấy bạn nói rất đúng, thấy bạn mình mài mò hoài, ng này chỉ,ng kia chỉ mà cây lên còi lắm.
Vừa rồi mình thấy Anh họ mình cũng ham trồng thủy canh và đã đi khảo sát nhiều dung dịch thủy canh như: sài gòn thủy canh, vinaxa, g-wall, Bio life và cuối cung anh lại trở về cty Nông trại Xanh ( Gò vấp)mua 15k/1 lít nhưng rất chất lượng cây ăn lá ăn quả xài cây lên rất mạnh, thân lá to và xanh, trái nhiều... Bạn muốn thử thì gọi 09 42 43 45 46 mua 10 lít dùng thử, rất tốt.

Em mới tham gia diễn đàn, đã đọc qua các bài về thủy canh và rất ham trồng rau theo phương pháp này. Tuy nhiên hiện tại em không có thời gian và nguồn lực đầu tư sản xuất nên chỉ dự dịnh kinh doanh rau sạch bằng hình thức thương mại (thu mua)

xin chào mọi người!
Cho phép được em được xưng hô là em vì ngoài chú thủy canh lớn tuổi ra có lẽ cũng chỉ tầm tuổi anh chị thui. hum nay tình cờ em đọc được topic này(xem tivi cũng nhiều rùi :lol: ) thấy phương pháp thủy canh hiện nay rất có ích, dù là làm kinh tế hay là trồng để chơi cũng vậy. em cũng rất muốn thí nghiệm về phương thức thuy canh mà mọi người đã nói ở trên, nhưng là sinh viên mà ngành em học lại là quản trị kinh doanh nên vấn đề về các thiết bị và hóa chất em k có khả năng để mua và thực hiện. nhưng tương lai nếu để làm kinh tế về nông nghiệp có lẽ nên ứng dụng phương pháp thủy canh này vào để sản xuât và phát triển. trong ngắn hạn có thể nó sẽ tốn rất nhiều chi phí nhưng xét về dài hạn thì nó là phương pháp tiết kiệm chi phí tối thiểu. và chi phí để sản xuất xét về dài hạn cũng giảm. nhưng với mặt bằng chung về kiếm thức hiện nay thì đối với người nông dân không thể thực hiện được vì những lý do sau :
1 là Chí phí đầu tư ban đầu quá lớn.
2 là kiếm thức chuyên môn không có.( là một người học cao đẳng kinh tế năm 3 rùi nhưng em đọc xong topic cũng chỉ hiểu dc chút chút thui nói gì tới mấy ông bà nông dân.)
3 quan niệm về sản xuất của người dân hiện nay còn ưa chuộm cái cũ chưa chịu chuyển đổi.
với 3 lý do trên thui thì việc phát triển thuy canh là đã khó rùi. nhưng em là con nhà nông chính gốc. em cũng đã xem nhiều chương trình về trồng thủy canh thấy rất hữu hiệu. và em cũng rất vui khi thấy có những người tâm huyết như chú thủy-canh. 123, thainguyen... hi vọng những kiến thức mà mọi người đưa lên trên này sẽ có ích cho nhiều ng, và nhất là những ng làm trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp.\, có thể triển khai và phát triển thủy canh ở nước ta.
